Chris Holmes is the founder and President of Optimization Training Inc. a firm specializing in MWD training and performance. Before dedicating his work full time to the firm, Chris served as the MWD technical training manager at Phoenix Technology Services. He has worked as a field engineer in several countries including India, Peru, Albania, Canada, Indonesia and the United States. Chris is responsible for executing MWD training exercises and classes as well as On-line Learning Management Systems, standardized maintenance procedures and video training tutorials. He is best known for his class room training success.

In addition to being the founder of Optimization Training Inc. Chris performs with his guitar in and around Houston singing the music of sun soaked artists such as Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney and Bob Marley.
